We asked AI who to call in Wilmington 3,888 times.
Then we checked whether the leads that do come in actually reach anybody. Nobody had measured this before, so we measured it.
What the scan turned up
A failed delivery check means the form’s endpoint did not respond the way a working endpoint responds, or the form emails instead of posting. It does not prove a specific message was lost. We did not submit test leads into anyone’s system.
Nine of these companies were never named. Not once.
They are licensed, insured, reviewed and running ads. When somebody asks an AI assistant who to call, they simply are not in the answer.
Most of the market is invisible
51 businesses had a completed AI scan. Here is how they spread out when we asked the assistants who to call.
The highest appearance rate any company earned was 64%.
Where the leaks are concentrated
A leak is a lead that arrives and does not get to anyone. A form that emails into a spam folder. A phone number you have to pinch to zoom to dial. A quote nobody follows up on. Individually they are small. Multiplied by a month of ad spend they are the difference between a good year and a flat one.
