Visibility Care
Everything I fix in the first thirty days starts going stale the day after I finish. Your competitors publish, the engines change what they weight, Google reshuffles categories, and the form that worked in October quietly stops delivering in February. This is the tier that keeps that from happening, and it ships actual work every month rather than a dashboard you log into twice and forget.
Every price I charge in Wilmington is on the one page, including this one.
The same shape every month, on purpose.
Day 1
The rescan
All three engines, the same prompt set as last month so the number is comparable rather than freshly invented. Branded and unbranded logged separately, because being found when somebody types your name is a completely different thing from being found when they type your trade.
Day 1
The form test
Somebody fills out your own contact form from a phone on cell data and confirms it arrived. Fifteen minutes, every month, and it is the highest-value quarter hour in this whole tier.
Day 3
The report
Two pages. This month's appearance rate, the change, what moved it, what is holding it down, and what ships next month. Written so you can forward it to your spouse or your board without translating it first.
By day 20
Two fixes, shipped
Live on your site, not sitting in a recommendations column. Named in next month's report so you can see what you paid for. This is the difference between a monitoring subscription and somebody doing the work.
Quarterly
The competitor look
Where you sit against the other names in your trade in this market, on the same questions. Uncomfortable some quarters. Useful every quarter.
Agencies that do this work charge between $1,000 and $2,500 a month for it, and plenty of them deliver a monitoring dashboard and nothing else. $797 is under that, deliberately, and it stays under it as long as this market is where I am building. It also includes everything in Site Care, so hosting, updates, security and small changes are not a separate invoice.
If a month goes by where there is genuinely nothing worth shipping, I will tell you and we will pause it. I would rather do that than bill you for a rescan and a shrug.
Almost everybody starts with Found By January, which is the thirty-day fixed-scope setup at $1,500. This picks up the day after that finishes. If your site is already in decent shape and you only want the ongoing part, say so and we will start here instead.
